| SNIGDHA PRAKASH is a veteran business journalist who has worked in both print and broadcast.
After attending Harvard, Prakash worked as a news intern at the MacNeil/Lehrer News Hour in Washington. She was an editorial aide at The Washington Post and a reporter at American Banker. Since 1998, she has been a reporter on NPR's business desk, focusing on how entrepreneurship is changing the American economy and U.S. businesses. Her pieces can be heard on NPR's All Things Considered and Morning Edition. The majority of Snigdha's past reports have focused on topics related to entrepreneurship, business, banking and the economy.
She has won multiple awards from SAJA, including a 1999 SAJA Journalism Award for her coverage of the Long-Term Capital Management debacle and the first SAJA-Knowledge@Wharton Business Journalism Award.
