SAJA's 11th Anniversary Convention is June 16-19, 2005, in NYC.
 
All donations and contributions should be sent by checks made payable to SAJA Group, Inc., a non-profit tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 
Donations to SAJA Group, Inc., net of any consideration received, are tax-deductible.  Please consult your tax adviser concerning your eligibility to deduct any payments. For payment information, questions and comments, please contact johnlaxmisaja@gmail.com.

SPECIFIC EVENT/ITEM SPONSORSHIPS

Panel Sponsor: $1,000

  • listing on inside of program at awards dinner, on convention site linked to the specific panel being sponsored, mention before and after that panel during the convention, 2 Convention Passes

Coffee, Tea Sponsor on Thursday or Friday or Saturday: $1,500

  • listing on the inside of the program, posterboard/easel sign at event, 2 Convention Passes

Friday or Saturday Breakfast: $2,500

Sunday Brunch: $3,000

Reception Sponsor on Thursday or Friday or Saturday nights: $5,000

  • sole sponsor of either the Friday night or Saturday night receptions receive spotlight treatment and special mention in all promotional material

Take-home Bag Sponsor: $5,000 (+ sponsor provides bags)

Lanyard Sponsor (Media Companies ONLY): $2,000

  • Name on lanyards, listing inside program, 2 Convention Passes

Reserved tables of 10 are $1,000 each
$1,000 gets you 10 seats at the Saturday dinner and 10 convention passes (Thurs-Sun). You will also be listed as a corporate sponsor in the program.

We are also looking for items for auction: autographed books, restaurant vouchers, sports items, etc.

NON-CONVENTION SPONSORSHIP

Monthly event sponsor ($1,000)
(monthly events are the regularly scheduled talks. Sponsorship will help defray some of the costs.)

  • right to have rep present at event and provide handouts/materials/samples

Monthly event PARTIAL sponsor ($500)
(monthly events are the regularly scheduled talks. Sponsorship will help defray some of the costs.)

  • right to have rep present at event and provide handouts/materials/samples

Special event sponsor ($2,000)
(special events are those, such as the Annual Holiday Party, major author readings, for which SAJA sells tickets)

  • special mention on all advertising for event, including Web and e-mail links
  • right to have rep present at event
  • right to distribute flyer or brochure

Separately, if you wish to distribute marketing material at a SAJA event, the charge is $500 and SAJA maintains the right to screen all such material in advance.
