DIALING
INDIA: When dialing India, be aware that printed
numbers list Indian area codes with a 0 in front of
the code... when dialing from the US, use 011 (the number
to dial international calls, then 91 (the code for India),
then the local area code and number (skip the zero after
the 91). eg: Delhi is listed as "011" -- but
to dial from the US, use only the "11". So
Delhi is 011-91-11 + local seven-digit number.
Some cities in India have local numbers with less than
seven digits. "98" is national cell phone
code.

TIME: India has only one time zone -- it is 10.5
hours ahead of U.S. Eastern Time
