The Atlantic is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical Growth Optimization Manager to join the consumer business team. This role will strategize and implement the experiments and optimization strategy behind The Atlantic’s subscription growth and subscriber engagement efforts. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with stakeholders across Product & Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Research to increase conversion rates, improve retention, and encourage habit and deeper experiences.
The Growth Optimization Manager will combine sharp thinking with creativity, and lead collaboration to drive readers to take intended actions across the customer lifecycle. The manager will be responsible for strategic thinking, the execution of experiments, and analysis and presentation of results. Candidates should bring an entrepreneurial spirit, adept organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
