We will honor and recognize excellence in journalism coverage of South Asia as well as outstanding reporting by South Asian journalists. This will be a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow SAJA members, other reporters, editors and producers from reputable media outlets such as: CNN, CBS News, Al Jazeera America, Dow Jones/The Wall Street Journal, ESPN, NBC News, and The New York Times to name a few!

SAJA friend and supporter Soledad O'Brien will be our keynote speaker for the evening. O'Brien is the chairman and CEO of Starfish Media Group and produces documentaries and reports for HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel. She recently signed on with Al Jazeera America's evening news program America Tonight as a special correspondent.
