    SENIOR PRODUCER, LOGO: NYC. Logo TV is seeking a Senior Producer to work on its digital production team. The Senior Producer will help guide the development of Logo's suite of digital products as we redesign our digital properties and work to become a best-in-class online and on-air TV network. This Senior Producer will join a team tasked with developing and executing creative concepts around series and channel events. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, experienced in creating content and product solutions for digital platforms and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone creative and up-to-date on the latest digital trends. Responsibilities: Develop creative content and product ideas for Logo TV's digital presence that are on target for the brand, audience and sponsors. Work with tech, design, project management and production staff to oversee day-to-day production needs. Develop required project documentation, including treatments and functional specifications. Oversee promotion of digital content on Logo TV's homepage, app, hub and series pages. Generate sponsor opportunities and work with Integrated Marketing to develop and execute these ideas. Maintain streamlined process for live and post-show programming production. Track traffic metrics and usage patterns across all digital platforms to improve and maximize streams/views. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital media creating and building multi-platform content for major brands. Strong written and verbal communication skills to help ensure coordination and focused efforts between departments, vendors and team members. Experience in creating and curating video, editorial and photo assets.Creative and resourceful thinker, geared toward fleshing out executional aspects of digital ideas and providing solutions. Command of SEO/SEM and social media best practices. Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS and other common web-publishing technologies. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, HTML editing tools, Final Cut, content management systems, Wordpress and social media tools including Tumblr, Vine, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with the Logo TV brand (on-air and online) and a strong grasp of pop culture, celebrity, the internet and the LGBTQ community. Effective leadership and team-player qualities. Strong attention to detail and deadlines. The ability to multi-task in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
