Associate Producer, Content & Promos

PBS NewsHour is seeking an Associate Producer, Content & Promos who’s responsible for culling, selecting and editing material delivered on a variety of platforms, and produces opening segment and previews of stories to come. Responsibilities include culling, selecting and editing material which include, but is not limited to, the visual elements used in the broadcast billboards and previews. Additionally, this individual will write and edit the daily radio promo, and collaborate with the production of television promos for the broadcast, as well as for other PTV stations. College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Journalism background and previous production experience desired.
