Associate Production Manager

PBS NewsHour is seeking an Associate Production Manager who will works directly with the Production Manager assisting in all phases of the technical and operational activities for the nightly broadcast of the PBS NewsHour.  Responsibilities include daily attendance, via call or in person, in the morning and afternoon editorial update meetings, maintaining and updating database of studio remote facilities worldwide, and assisting with logistics and budgetary oversight of the daily program. Five to seven (5-7) years of prior television experience, preferably in a news environment. Financial aptitude with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
