The Moth Global Producer (Full-Time, Temporary) Overview

The Moth is seeking a dynamic freelance professional to provide logistical, production and operational support for its Global Community programs in Africa and related events in New York. The Fellow will handle the logistical planning and execution for the Moth’s storytelling workshops in Africa and will oversee production for live storytelling events showcasing the workshop participants in both Africa and New York City. The Moth’s Global Community work is an effort to promote voices from Africa with a focus on Women and Girls’ personal stories. The Fellowship, as well as the workshops and events in Africa and NY, are funded by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Fellowship is begins immediately and ends in December 2017, and will report directly to the Executive Producer. Benefits are included for the duration of the Fellowship.
