Hello!

I am looking to hire someone part-time (two days per week) to help with traditional and social media outreach of multimedia assets associated with research on the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.  This person will work closely with a colleague of mine who is responsible for overall outreach on the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience disseminating multimedia content (i.e., podcasts, online videos, digital interactives) through traditional media outlets and social media outlets
• Effective, clear, and high quality communication skills
• Experience with or education in ocean science and/or oil spills is a plus
• Start date is December 1, 2016, and the position will last for at least one year.

The person may be located anywhere.
