    ABC SPORTS RADIO CURRENTLY HAS AN OPENING FOR A FREELANCE SPORTS PRODUCER: NYC. Produce multiple daily satellite feeds to affiliates of play by play, interview and sports broadcast material. Produce multiple daily sportscasts by supporting sports anchors with information and sound, arranging for and coordinating with field reporters covering events as well as recording and editing audio. Ability to generate story ideas and gather interviews by phone as well as the ability to operate recording equipment to conduct in person interviews. Write and produce long form audio packages and web articles. Computer knowledge and strong organizational skills to maintain department needs a must. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time required. Must be able to work weekends and overnights.
