    PBS NewsHour is seeking an enthusiastic individual who will serve as an integral member of the PBS NewsHour’s National Affairs coverage team.  The Reporter Producer will research and produce day-of-air and forward-planned segments on a variety of subjects, primarily business, economics, energy, health, science and technology, in close coordination with the PBS NewsHour’s team of on-air correspondents and anchors.  Additionally, this individual will conceive and develop pitches for segments, produce video for broadcast and online, and shoot video elements to include interviews, stand ups, b-roll and more. College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Minimum of two (2) years experience working in journalism, preferably for a national outlet. Reporting or blogging experience required.
