PBS NewsHour has an opportunity for an Associate Producer, Online-Arts who will serve as an integral member of the PBS NewsHour’s Online unit while also working with the Segment Production Unit. The editorial focus of this role is on a broad range of topics, with an emphasis on arts. Key responsibilities include reporting and writing well-told and crafted stories for PBS.org/PBS NewsHour, managing online editorial content, creating original text and multi-media content, coordinating regular contributors, features and columns, conducting research and interviews and performing  related special projects or other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and two (2) or more years’ experience in online journalism, preferably for a national news outlet or equivalent combination of education and experience.
