    PBS NewsHour has an exciting opportunity for an Interactive Designer who will design stand-alone interactive editorial projects, expand our existing design system and design new PBS NewsHour digital products. The Interactive Designer will translate those designs to HTML/CSS/SCSS. Among the key responsibilities are designing smart, engaging web experiences, preparing wireframes and concepts, proposing digital presentations for editorial projects and creating charts, maps and other daily news presentations. A college degree and a minimum two (2) years’ experience as a web designer or equivalent combination of education and experience.
