    PBS NewsHour is looking for a Producer, Digital Video who will be responsible for strategizing, producing and managing production of original video content, especially designed for social and online consumption.  The Producer will work closely with senior digital and editorial newsroom leadership and audience development team to create online content that maintains highest journalistic integrity and grows the reach and the following for the PBS NewsHour. Key responsibilities include desktop video editing and web publishing, production under short-turnaround of daily news content, original video production in the field, researching news archives to develop and produce editorially rich story telling designed for the social and online audience and performing related special projects or other duties as assigned. College degree, a minimum four (4) years of video news reporting and production, including online content, preferably for a national news outlet or equivalent combination of education and experience.
