PBS NewsHour is seeking a News Editor who oversees the daily coverage of news on PBS.org/Newshour and its associated platforms. This position will work closely with the Senior Online Editor, collaborating on strategy and development of new digital content, projects and products. The News Editor also works closely with the senior leadership of the PBS NewsHour broadcast to expand the audience reach across all potential platforms. This is a leadership position on an innovative digital team that is expanding and looking for a creative thinker with strong journalistic skills and editorial integrity.  Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing an online daily news operation and guiding movement of stories.
