    PBS NewsHour is looking to add a Web Developer to the team. In this position, you will be working with the digital team to design, build and test PBS NewsHour’s online products and services. You will also QA PBS NewsHour products and content, and assist with developing a strategy for digital products. We’re looking for someone who is an expert with PHP, including modern OO design patterns and frameworks. Also, you’ll need front-end development experience with HTML5, Javascript and CSS. Additionally, you must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and an interest in journalism and public media is preferred. College degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a web developer.
