Quanta Magazine is looking for a motivated video intern for the summer of 2025 to help create videos for the website and Quanta’s YouTube channel with over 1M subscribers. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career video producer to learn about the production of animated explainers, series and short documentaries about biology, physics, computer science and mathematics. The intern will receive training and mentoring from the video team and the magazine editors and will potentially leave with some nice portfolio pieces.

This paid internship is full time at 40 hours per week. It will take place on-site at the Simons Foundation offices in New York City between May 27 and August 15, 2025.
