ASSOCIATE PRODUCER: NYC. ABC Radio: Associate Producer (Freelance Position Based in New York) ABC Radio is looking for dynamic, motivated individuals who are seeking a career in the broadcast news industry. This position entails writing copy for broadcast and online, editing audio, engineering live broadcasts, managing our audio website, assembling hourly news feeds and providing support to our affiliates across the country. Applicants should be well-rounded, possessing knowledge of both news and sports and strong technical ability. Hires will be working in a deadline-driven, high-energy,24/7 newsroom environment. Qualifications: Strong writing skills, proficiency with audio editing and engineering. Previous radio experience is preferred.
